you go to that persons DA profile's main page, and find the toolbar thats directly below the persons general info(male/female, # of pageviews etc.) on this tool bar, there are teh gallery, notes and other buttons. one of them should be a "+deviantwatch" button. click that, and youve succeeded in adding that person onto your deviant watch list!
